These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TweetMint Chrome extension and related services ("Service") operated by TweetMint ("we", "our", "us"). By using TweetMint, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

TweetMint is an AI-powered Chrome extension that helps you write tweets and replies in your personal writing style. The Service analyzes your public tweets to learn your voice and generates content suggestions using artificial intelligence.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use TweetMint.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

3. Free Tier & Usage Limits

TweetMint is currently offered as a free service with the following daily limits:

• 50 AI-generated replies per day
• 7 AI-generated posts per day (including draft batches)

Usage limits reset daily at midnight IST (UTC+05:30). We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use TweetMint to:

• Generate spam, harassment, hate speech, or abusive content
• Impersonate other people or organizations
• Spread misinformation or deceptive content
• Violate Twitter/X's Terms of Service or any applicable law
• Circumvent usage limits through multiple accounts or automated tools
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Access or tamper with other users' data or accounts

5. AI-Generated Content

• You are responsible for all content you post using TweetMint. AI-generated suggestions are starting points — always review before posting.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content.
• AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected, incorrect, or inappropriate results.
• You retain ownership of any content you create or modify using TweetMint.

6. Intellectual Property

• TweetMint's code, design, branding, and AI models are the intellectual property of TweetMint.
• Your voice profile, uploaded files, and generated content belong to you.
• We do not claim ownership of any content generated for you through the Service.

7. Service Availability

• TweetMint is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
• We are not responsible for changes to Twitter/X's platform that may affect TweetMint's functionality.

8. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted from our systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TweetMint and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, reputation, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the extension interface. Continued use of TweetMint after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
